Our built-in zip allows you to easily adjust the amount of shredded foam filling in your pillow. To achieve your perfect pillow height, follow these steps:

Step 1: Unzip the bamboo outer case
Step 2: Unzip the inner case
Step 3: Add or remove foam to your desired pillow height
