Why is my Dehumidifier not collecting water?Updated 22 days ago

Your Dehumidifier may not be collecting water for a number of reasons.

 

Please follow the steps listed below to try and resolve this issue:

• Close all doors and windows to ensure the area is within the applicable size for your Dehumidifier model
• Remove any blockages (dust, animal fur etc) from the vents. You can do this by first hoovering the vents, then wiping them with a damp cloth.
• Turn off any appliances that may be creating steam, as they'll be increasing the relative humidity in the room.
• Clean the machine as stated in the manual.
• Leave it on for over 10 hours on 2 different settings.
• Leave it on for over 10 hours in 2 different rooms.
