My Heated Throw stopped workingUpdated a year ago

Please follow the steps below which should get your Heated Throw to warm you up!

1.  Please check the controller has been correctly installed
2.  Please check the fuse inside of the controller is not loose
3.  Please plug the throw into an alternative wall socket
4.  Please disconnect and then reconnect the controller
5. Please allow the blanket to cool down completely before turning back on

It's important to note that your product's controller needs to be attached to the item, before plugging it into a power supply, otherwise it may malfunction.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, and your Heated Throw is no longer covered by warranty, please click here to purchase a replacement controller.

Please note, this replacement controller is compatible with the Fleece and Fleece & Sherpa models, not the Faux Fur model.
