Why is the continuous drainage not working?Updated a year ago

Your Dehumidifier's continuous drainage may not be working for a number of reasons.

Please follow the steps listed below to try and resolve this issue:

• Please ensure that the hose and the unit are placed at least 15 cm higher than where the hose is depositing the water. This is so that gravity can help the water exit the unit, as our Dehumidifiers don't have a water pump.
• Ensure that the hose falls straight down from where it is inserted in the dehumidifier, as any bending can interrupt the gravitational pull.
• Make sure the hose doesn't have any kinks in it.
