If your Heated Throw isn't warming up as expected, please follow the steps below to help get it working again:
Step-by-Step Checks
Ensure the controller is securely connected
Make sure the controller is properly and firmly attached to the blanket.Check the fuse
Inspect the fuse inside the controller to ensure it is not loose or damaged.Try a different wall socket
Plug the Heated Throw into another socket to rule out any issues with the power source.Disconnect and reconnect the controller
Unplug the controller from both the blanket and the socket, then reconnect and try again.Allow the blanket to fully cool down
If the blanket has been used recently, let it cool completely before attempting to turn it back on.
⚠️ Important: The controller must be attached to the Heated Throw before connecting it to a power outlet. Plugging it in without the controller properly connected may result in malfunction.
