What does Error Code 'C' mean?Updated a year ago

The Error Code 'C' means, that the controller has been placed under the Throw and it has overheated. As a safety measure, the Heated Throw has turned off.

Please turn the controller OFF, unplug the heated throw, lay it down completely flat and leave to cool down.

It's important to note that your product's controller needs to be attached to the item, before plugging it into a power supply, otherwise it may malfunction.
