The Error Code 'P' means, that the controller or connector is not connected properly.

Please ensure the controller and/or connector are attached to the Heated Throw properly.

It's important to note that your product's controller needs to be attached to the item, before plugging it into a power supply, otherwise it may malfunction.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, and your Heated Throw is no longer covered by warranty, please click here to purchase a replacement controller.

Please note, this replacement controller is compatible with the Fleece and Fleece & Sherpa models, not the Faux Fur model.
