Why does my new Memory Foam Pillow emit a faint chemical smell?Updated a year ago

This is completely normal, and nothing to worry about. When removing your Pillow from its packaging you may notice a faint smell. This occurs when the inner foam is compacted during shipping, and is easy to remove. Due to the high-tech materials used, any new smell will fade after opening and airing for 24 hours, and is not harmful.

Please follow these steps before using your Memory Foam Pillow for the first time:

1. Remove all the Pillow's protective packaging.
2. Let the Pillow decompress.
3. Keep the Pillow in an airy and dry space for at least 24 hours.
