Can I return my order in person?

We don't have physical stores so all of our returns are made directly to the warehouse. Unfortunately you can't return your item in person and must do it via a courier. For more information on how to return your order, please click here.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If your item is not suitable, please place another order for the desired item and initiate a return with us.

I've sent back my return, but haven’t received my refund

If you have returned your order but have not received a refund, please forward us a photo of the return receipt. Our Customer Care Team will validate that the order has been returned in good condition, and once confirmed, we will issue the refund for
